    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as amended, the Motion will read as follows: “THAT, pursuant to Standing Order No.98(1), the Senate resolves that the debate on the Motion on the Presidential Address shall be limited to a maximum of three sitting days with not more than fifteen minutes for each Senator Speaking excluding the Mover in moving and replying who shall be limited to 30 minutes in either case. Where the Mover is not the Senate Majority Leader, or the Senate Minority Leader, they shall be limited to 20 minutes each.”"
