    "content": "I only want to make a small correction. I know that hon. Members have received circulars in their constituencies telling them that the District Accountant is a signatory. This Act is very clear in terms of who is a signatory, and the Board will shortly make a correction on that circular so that the signing of hon. Members’ CDF accounts will be in accordance with the Act."
