    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, as I conclude, it is also important that we realise that we have done our job. We need to pass this Bill today so that, as I said, the money can go to the counties. I take this opportunity to assure hon. Members of this House and the public that we are fully committed to devolution. We will continue to ensure that the county governments are accorded the necessary support and continue to receive their due share of the national revenue. It is, indeed, the responsibility of this august House, as the representative of Kenyans, to ensure that devolution works for their benefit."
