    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in Homa Bay County before the NARC Government came in, we had never seen a project worth Kshs1 billion. Now we are happy because we are seeing Kshs5.7 billion going there, courtesy of this Bill. In four years to come, a minimum of Kshs80 billion will go to our region. So, we support devolution and it is one of the many things this Parliament is helping in."
