    "content": "I want to end by saying that I have already forwarded an amendment to the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) Committee to the Constituencies Development Fund Act. Let me point out the fact that the Bill was sent to the Speaker over three months ago. If we are going to take three months to process little amendments, as a House, we are going to be impeded. The Speaker should ensure that his office supports Members of Parliament to play their legislative role effectively."
