Temporary Deputy Speaker, as a House, we need to move with speed to make sure that the allocation to the county assemblies is disbursed, so that, as Members of Parliament, we can be on good terms with Members of the County Assemblies. We will be able to combine the amount of money we have from CDF with that which will come through the county assemblies, and undertake development. The time for politicking is gone. The time for looking behind is gone. Kenyans are looking upon us to deliver services to them. With those remarks, I beg to support."
