    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Bill simply because it is fait accompli as far as the National Assembly is concerned. As you notice, this Bill was held by the Senate for five months and they decided to send it over to the National Assembly on a day when we were supposed to go on recess. They wanted to ambush us, so that we would be seen as people who are against our devolved governments. We should send a very powerful message that we are going to consider this Bill as an exception. If they attempt to do the same thing next time, we will not pass their Bill. We will go to our constituencies and discuss the working of the Senate.
