    "content": "Having said that, I would like to support the amendment by hon. Priscilla Nyokabi, particularly the one in Clause 59B. We know that members of staff of the KRA have, for a long time, avoided or evaded responsibility when they were expected to do their work in accordance with their terms of employment. At least the amendment now seeks to make it criminal for them to refuse to report matters which they see are obviously against the law. I also support the amendment in respect of the proposed Clause 59C(1)."
