    "content": "With regard to the proposed amendment to Clause 59C(2), I have a little bit of difficulty supporting it. This is a sweeping amendment requiring employees of limited liability companies to bear the brunt of liability for actions of the directors of the companies. I would have been happy if this was left at the point of director and secretary, but not general manager and others.
