    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I do have a lot of respect for this young man called hon. Gatobu especially for his passion for education. But on this particular amendment, I seem to have a problem with it. It looks like the beneficiary at the end of the day may not be those children that are actually benefiting from the textbooks. Maybe, the publishers will gain more than the children. There is no guarantee that these particular exemption will actually go to the primary schools to help them.
