    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I rise to oppose the amendment. Exempting publishers from taxation will not help any of our children in school. We should bear in mind the fact that we are talking about free education for all our children. Very soon, they will be having e-books, e-learning and e- library. So, I do not see why we should not levy VAT on textbooks. That way, we can also control the publishers."
