    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I rise to support this. This is something that we should all support. Even now, in terms of policy and law, we try to find provisions that support the disabled including the houses and premises where they live. Therefore, this is justified. It is in practice now and they have to seek exemption when they need such equipment. Generally in law, we exempt the disabled persons from some other taxes. This is just streamlining what we should be doing.
