    "content": "That point of order by hon. T.J. Kajwang was after you had put the amendment by hon. Jamleck Kamau to question. In which case, we cannot further amend it because if you look at Standing Order133 (6), it states as follows:- “No amendment shall be moved which is inconsistent with any part of the Bill already agreed to or any decision already made by the Committee and the Chairperson--- ” So, we have already made a decision as a Committee on the amendment by hon. Jamleck Kamau. It may be too bad, but procedurally, Chair, you cannot again amend what this House has already taken a decision on."
