    "content": "(Hon. (Ms.) Shebesh): Hon. Mbadi, let me read for you the amendment so that you can see that it is not inconsistent with what hon. Jamleck had proposed. The amendment that hon. T.J. Kajwang has proposed is not inconsistent with the amendment that had been carried earlier. The critical matter here is consistency with the amendment that had been carried earlier on. This amendment says:- “The exemptions under paragraph one shall only apply once in every four years in respect of motor vehicles.”"
