    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. This is a very serious matter in my view. It borders on the dignity of the House. When this matter came, I took it upon myself. We are all individuals here and we represent people. We have families and above all, we are leaders of our country. I took it upon myself to talk to the Minister because I was concerned. From the outset, the letter looked fake. I know that to authentic documents, you need a Commissioner of Oaths. I cannot authenticate my own certificates and purport to say that they are authentic. It is the duty of the Members of Parliament who are representatives of the people of Kenya to take full responsibility when they mislead the House. Would I be in order to ask the Chair to take sanctions on a Member who deliberately misled this House by bringing fake documents?"
