I know fatigue could be setting in, but this is why you are Members of the National Assembly and not the other House. I want to trust on your alertness. We want to consider the County Allocation of Revenue Bill (Senate Bill No.1 of 2013). We will also consider the Constituencies Development Fund (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.24 of 2013). They are fairly short Bills and so, stay with us and be alert as much as you can, so that we can dispose them."
