    "content": "(2) All monies allocated under this Act shall be considered as funds allocated to constituencies pursuant to Article 206(2)(c) of the Constitution to be administered according to section 5 Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the principal Act was anchoring this Fund in Section 202 which was extremely wrong and which is inappropriate. We are taking it to the right position of distributing money from the Consolidated Fund. We are doing it under Clause 206(2)(c) of the Constitution, which is extremely correct."
