    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the hon. Members of this House for the manner in which they have executed this afternoon’s business – in unison, with togetherness and in sobriety for purposes of serving Kenyans. Therefore, I would like to request my colleagues that once we proceed on recess, we cultivate and nurture a spirit of togetherness. There will be need for us to even visit one another in our respective constituencies to build one Kenya. I am encouraged by what we have done this afternoon. It is my wish that when we come back from recess we continue with the spirit of togetherness. We should always appreciate that it is this House which makes decisions. It is not the Executive. It is the National Assembly which makes decisions."
