"content": "I want to wish the new Members of Parliament good luck as they embark on serious interaction with their constituents for the first time since they came. This is the time I would urge my colleagues to make sure that they take personal charge by delivering the CDF cheques personally because if you just send it like it is a bribe that you are giving to committees, then the constituents will not feel you. You need to go and meet your constituents and tell them that you have brought the money and if it is not utilized properly, they should get in touch with you. It serves you a lot more. As hon. Lessonet said, if you utilize this money properly, it will help you come back. If you do not, you will be voted out."
