I will seek your indulgence and the forgiveness of the House because I came late just in case I am taking the House back to a matter that was concluded in my absence. What I am asking is, I have heard the Leader of the Majority Party try to give us a chronology of how this matter was domesticated by the country. The issue I want clarified is whether the Motion has properly been moved so that the Leader of the Majority Party can get into it and make us understand what is before us. I came late."
