I just want to take this opportunity to say that we, as Kenyans, none of us and more so the Members of the National Assembly would wish any Kenyan to suffer in the hands or in a judicial system which is far away from home. For those who have cases there, the three leaders, we really feel it, as hon. Members. Politics aside, we feel for them but what I am about to say is let us not contemplate or even think about moving away from the Rome Statute."
