If, as a country or Parliament, we demonstrate that we do not want to cooperate with the ICC, when the Kenyan nationals facing charges go there, the prosecutor may apply for a variation of term bonds and it may be said that Kenya may not cooperate with the court and, therefore, the accused persons should be put into custody. Are hon. Members aware that, that is what we are doing? Is that what we want?"
