    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I rise to support the Motion. I would like Kenyans to know that, under Article 127 of the Rome Statute, any country that is a signatory is allowed to withdraw. So, Kenyans should not be afraid. The decision that we are going to make today, as a House, will not affect the cases that are going on at the ICC. So, Kenyans should be at peace. They should know that, as a House, we are very sober. We have a sober Judiciary. The only thing we want to tell the world is that Kenya is now ripe, and that we have a sober Judiciary. We do not want any other Kenyan to be taken to the ICC in future."
