    "content": "2. urgently petition the relevant organs of the ICC to consider the possibility of conducting the trial through a variety of methods, including video link and to review the trial calendar to ensure that the country is not inconvenienced by the absence of the President and the Deputy President and especially during the celebration of 50 years of Kenya’s Independence in December, 2013. 3. Pursue with the relevant organs of the ICC and with the United Nations Security Council with a view of deferring back to the Kenyan Judiciary, the cases against the three Kenyans at the ICC in line with the unanimous resolution of the African Union (AU) Heads of State and Government; and 4. commence and conclude the processes required for the withdrawal by Kenya from the Rome Statute of the ICC adopted by the United Nations Diplomatic Conference of Plenipotentiaries on 17th July, 1998 in accordance with the relevant laws of Kenya and the pertinent Articles of the Rome Statute to ensure that in future all criminal matters are handled by the Kenyan Judiciary."
