"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister wants to give an impression that things are okay. He says Kshs2.2 billion is unreconcilled. It could be stolen or wherever it is. He says Kshs1.9 billion from banks has been sent to schools that, probably, are not known. I would want to urge the Chair to see what Ms. Karua had asked for, a situation where he goes and finds out the exact position in terms of reconciliation of Kshs2.2 billion and authority of Kshs1.9 billion and in which schools. This is Kshs4.2 billion of taxpayersâ money."
