    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you very much for your indulgence. I rise to support the amendment that was moved by the Senator for Busia, Sen. Wako. Before I do that, allow me from the outset, to thank and congratulate the original Mover of this Motion, Sen. Nobwola, for bringing this important Motion. The initial intention was very good and the amendment moved by Sen. Wako just goes further to advance the good intentions that the Senator had. Mr. Speaker, Sir, in my service as a Member of Parliament, I have had a lot of experience in trying to intervene for my constituents who have gone through this kind of suffering in our public and even private hospitals. The most notorious cases that affect my people were cases where hospitals detained bodies of people who had died because of The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
