    "content": "should be able to look at other ways of financing itself so that Parliament or the Kenyans taxpayers’ money can be used to offer other services. I want the House to support because of the reasons I have given, one being that the corporation should be able to look outside for their own funding and two, the issue of corporate governance so that we strengthen the confidence of Kenyans to be able to save knowing very well that there is somebody, a third person who is watching over their deposits. I do not want to spend much time, I want to urge the Leader of the Majority Party to second this Bill and I move that the Bill be now read the Second Time."
