Speaker, Sir, Clause 13 seeks to amend Section 50 of the principal Act by only correcting typographical error in the numbering of the paragraphs of Section 50(1) where paragraph “c” reads as “b”. Really, this is typographical error that already exists in the principal Act. So, this is trying to correct it. Again, this clause gives more receivership powers to the corporation or direct authority to exercise various options in terms of restructuring mechanism."
