    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir, for granting me the opportunity to support these important amendments. As I support them, I want to note that some of the newly developed countries in the world had done so through a culture of encouraging saving. However, the culture of saving can only lead to development if it is possible to mobilize those savings when needed. People will develop a culture of saving if there is a level of an assurance that whenever they need those savings, they are able to access them."
