    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I also rise to support the Motion simply because I think it is time for us to realise, as a country, that we must strengthen our financial institutions. One of the things that our colleagues mentioned is that this Bill will promote savings. In Kenya, we are ranked very poorly in terms of savings, the reason being that we do not trust our financial institutions. So, this Bill will bring order to our financial institutions. In order to encourage investors to invest in our country, we need to make sure that we insure our institutions, so that we can trust them."
