    "content": "This Bill is timely because it will help to bring order in our institutions. I remember that as I was growing up, one day my father came home and said that he had invested some money in an institution in Nairobi, which I will not mention. He lost that money. The matter was dear to him because when he came home, he was very sad. So, it is important that we encourage our fellow citizens to invest because we are going to have our financial institutions operating in an orderly manner. This Bill will also enable our financial institutions to adopt international standards."
