    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I would like to support this Bill further because we need to encourage our people to keep money in these institutions. People will only keep their money in these institutions and leave it there if they are sure that they will wake up tomorrow and find it. Even if these institutions collapse, they will have backups through which they will recover some substantial amounts from their investments. Because of these reasons and without belabouring the point, I thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. I support these amendments."
