    "content": "The other thing that makes me support this Bill is that we have many casual workers in this country and we are encouraging them even if they get Kshs2,000 or Kshs3,000 per month, let it be paid through the bank so that they do not withdraw all of it when they want to withdraw it. At least, this is a way of promoting a saving culture in Kenya."
