    "content": "This Bill will secure financial institutions in this country considering the number of such institutions that have collapsed in the past. The Bills that we have passed including the one that we debated yesterday in relation to strengthening micro finance and deposit agencies also helps to support the banking system. This means that we will not only have a saving culture in Kenya but also the banking system will be entrenched and will reach every single corner of this country. Therefore, access to loans and financial information in this country will be expanded. This will enable small chamas for women and saccos that wish to get together as groups and save money deposit or even become deposit-taking institutions.
