    "content": "I want to inform the hon. Member we pass Bills here and then later we realize that we have made a mistake. There is nothing wrong with this House coming back and rectifying mistakes. For hon. Langat to say that he regrets--- The only thing over which I agree with him is that the leadership of this House should be here when we have good Bills such as the one we are debating this afternoon. I expected the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party to be present. It is true that we pass Bills, but later on we realize that there were mistakes. It is the duty of the House to rectify such mistakes."
