    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. Madam Temporary Speaker, first, I would like to send my condolences to the residents of Marsabit County who lost their loved ones during the current clashes in Moyale. I also urge the national Government to take the security of Kenyans seriously and make sure that things are brought under control. The Government should ensure that people are brought together in a manner that they can co-exist and understand each other. Madam Temporary Speaker, the Motion urges the Government to come up with a framework of engagement, training, remuneration and compensation for police reservists.
