    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. We have all ventilated on security issues and I think it is high time we suggested ways of improving our security. In the Constitution, we have the National Police Service Commission led by Mr. Kavuludi which has not been given time to actually do its job. I am sure if they were given time, they would have regularized the Kenya Police Reservists and the other issues."
