I really wish that we were not having this conversation because we should be in a country where the ratio of the police that we are talking about is close to the globally accepted ratio. As we speak, Kenya’s ratio is about one police to more than 1,000 members of the society. The globally accepted ratio is 1:450. I think we are doing very badly as a Government.
