    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. Some time in July, specifically on 23rd July, I sought a Statement from the Committee on Education, Research and Technology, regarding one very controversial issue to do with the schools laptop programme. I sought clarification on the state of preparedness of the Government. I sought to know how the programme will be implemented, the method of identifying the best laptops and other related measures to ensure the success of the programme. I was assured that within two weeks, we would get a complete report, which I am seeking to be brought to this House for us to ventilate on. Thank you, hon. Speaker."
