    "content": "Thank you hon. Speaker, Sir. Just before we proceeded into recess, I had sought a Statement from the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources. The people of Baringo South, Lakes Baringo and Bogoria are expanding their territories. This has now affected their environment; six schools are now closed and 1000 families are out in the cold. The Committee has not responded to my request and I do not know what is going on; these people are suffering and I am still expecting to hear from the Committee."
