    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to second this amendment and say that the reason given by the Mover is very valid. This is because rules are very clear on how to get into national parks. If people deliberately go into national parks and they are killed there, then they should not seek compensation. Also, as regards compensation for crops and livestock, it is important that people take the necessary precautions. If we leave it open, people can misuse this provision. I second."
