"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. As I support this Motion, I would like to add that it is important to know that the compensation we are talking about hardly comes. In fact, most people who are injured, or even killed do not even bother going for the compensation because the process is difficult; there are no mechanisms for making sure that people are compensated in good time. I also hasten to add that there is need to look at the mechanism for such compensation, so that the quantification can be done depending on the loss of expectation of life, status, dependants, pain and suffering and disability. This is an important Motion. This problem is as old as our history, and I want to thank hon. Muthomi Njuki for bringing the Motion to this House. Finally, it is important also to formulate policy, so that wildlife conservationists are required to fence off conservancies, so that habitation for wildlife can be separated from that of human beings. Hon. Chair, I want to thank you for what you ruled. You exhibited what is on your screen and made the Members comfortable; they listen to debates knowing that their time will come. I hope you are going to train and teach that to the substantive Speaker, the Deputy and even the Panel members."
