    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, cattle rustling in those areas has been a menace for many years and, it is like we have not really found a solution to this problem. I support the Mover that security needs to be beefed up in those areas because when such things happen, most of the people who are affected are the women, children and the elderly. Those people do not just come to steal livestock, they make sure that they kill people and some residents leave or flee their homesteads in fear of such activities."
