Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to say that, apart from beefing up security, there are so many activities that we can introduce in such areas; activities that can make sure that people earn money and not just steal livestock. We have seen the Government trying to make those people know that there are other ways of getting money through farming, irrigation etcetera . There are some minerals in that area that have been explored and people can mine and make sure that the community benefits from that. While mining, it means we can create employment for the youth. They can get busy and forget about killing other people and stealing their livestock."
