The road that Sen. Karaba is talking about is, probably, estimated to cost over Kshs1 billion. A sum of Kshs100 million has already been paid. We expect the construction of the road to be completed. So, even as we condemn the contractors, let us know the full story. My question to Sen. Moi is whether, indeed, these contractors are being paid for the work they have completed."
