"content": "Musanjo Musembi, Mukindo Mulacha and Kisomo Katu, were shot dead by bandits believed to be people from Tana River District because this is at the border of Kitui and Tana River counties. This is a serious matter. During the last few years, this has been happening. People just cross the border, kill others and disappear. As far as I know, no one has ever been arrested for this. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, first in seeking a Statement from the Chairman, I want to know how many people have died in this manner at the Kitui-Tana River counties border during the last two years. Secondly, what measures the Government is taking to ensure that the killing of innocent people from my county by the people from Tana River ceases immediately because it is likely to cause tension between the two counties and this can bring bad repercussions which we all do not want to see."
