    "content": "Secondly, I want to thank and congratulate the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) and the President for the quick action in appointing Judges of the Supreme Court because this will now bring to an end issues of interpretation of the Constitution. Whatever it is that we are in doubt then, other than for purposes of allowing us to move on, where we want to know exactly what the Constitution provides, we should be able now to refer it to the Supreme Court."
