You heard yesterday that the first attempt to try the project was already meeting a lot of complications where the consultancy company was being paid billions of shillings that forced the Minister for Transport to now sit down with the consultant to negotiate the figure downwards. Definitely, something is wrong and we are starting on the wrong footing. Let me take this opportunity to extend my congratulations to the Minister for Transport. For once, that is a trial because you started by saving a whopping Kshs1 billion of tax-payersâ money."
