I think that, that is the highest disregard for this House to have your phone ringing and even taking a call. That is the greatest dishonour and disregard that you can have for this House. I am not going to tolerate it as long as I am sitting here. I think that in respect, it is important that you should, at least, put your phone on silent mode and then take your calls afterwards or stay outside. Do not sit here and receive your calls.
