    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. First, I wish to be with the rest of the nation. I know we are still mourning and flags are at half mast. We are continuing to remember those whom we have lost in the last few difficult days in this country. I stand here to second this Motion. First of all, I wish to thank Sen. Kagwe who is the Chairman of the Committee on Education, Information and Technology and who has a passion for Information Communication Technology (ICT). He has moved this Motion eloquently and adequately. He has given adequate reasons we should support this Motion. Mr. Speaker, Sir, there are very good reasons we should support this Motion because the time has come for the establishment of a fibre optic cable nationally and The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
